Gina De Roma is an artist, writer, yoga therapist and all-around renaissance woman. She has enjoyed cooking and creating recipes since childhood. She was a finalist in the 2002 Pillsbury Bake-Off competition. Her award-winning recipes have been featured in The Southern Living Cook-off Cookbook, The Los Angeles Times Food Section, The San Gennaro Foundation Recipe Book 2010 and by Fair Trade USA, Wholesome Sweeteners, Rishi Tea and others. As a yoga therapist who has taught both here in the States and in Italy, Gina enjoys discovering new ideas and recipes and sharing her philosophy, love of food and gratitude for life with others. She lives in California with her cats Sofia and Folsterman.
